Introducing The High Street

The Brewery Quarter is preparing for a landmark moment as it opens up access to the High Street, removing the hoardings and allowing people to move freely from the town centre into the scheme.

To mark the momentous occasion, Martin Commercial Properties – which manages the scheme – welcomed The Brewery Quarter tenants to join them in cutting the ribbon.

Whilst work continues to complete the development, the connection of The Brewery Quarter to the High Street is a welcome, highly anticipated milestone as it means people using the town centre can now access its restaurants, cinemas, gym and bowling centre much more easily.

Demelsa Coleman, Marketing Manager for The Brewery Quarter said: “Removing the hoarding and opening The Brewery Quarter up to the High Street instantly connects us with the town centre and Promenade and we expect footfall for our businesses to increase as a direct result. Whilst work continues on the development, we’re one step closer to completely re-shaping Cheltenham’s High Street and retail landscape.”

Mario Jardim, Manager at Nando’s Cheltenham says: “We’re delighted that the first stage of this exciting development work is complete. Our team is looking forward to welcoming even more locals and tourists to enjoy flame-grilled PERi-PERi in our restaurant.”
