For the third year in succession, world renowned The Belfry Hotel & Resort has been recognised by the World Travel Awards with nominations in three separate categories.
Looking to add to their growing number of accolades and having been crowned England’s Leading Resort in both 2015 and 2016, the awards see The Belfry nominated once again in this category, as well as Europe’s Leading Resort and England’s Leading Conference Hotel.
Seeking to recognise excellence within Europe’s best resorts, the awards grow and promote the global travel and tourism industry. Singling out resorts that can offer genuine world class facilities along with leisure attractions and services to match, the World Travel Awards nominations further affirm The Belfry at the forefront of the European Travel industry.
Upon receiving the nominations, Marketing Director Gail Webb commented, “We are absolutely thrilled that once again the World Travel Awards have recognised The Belfry and the 1st class service, hospitality and facilities here at the resort. It would be an honour to be presented with the award again to highlight our commitment and reputation amongst the elite of the hospitality industry.”
With an incredible reputation in the golf world, The Belfry has built just as formidable a name in the resort and conference hotel industry too. Where The Belfry has truly excelled in recent times is with their gastronomy offerings. The a la carte menu in The Ryder Grill and famous 3 course Sunday Lunch in The Ryder Kitchen have always been hugely popular with visitors to the resort. As well as this, Rocca’s Pizza Pasta restaurant and Sam’s Clubhouse add yet another string to the bow of The Belfry’s impressive culinary experience. The renowned Brabazon Bar is also the place to go for a well-earned drink or delicious afternoon tea.
Additionally, the kids are looked after at The Belfry, with an interactive woodland trail, playground and a Ryder Legends miniature golf course, keeping them entertained at all times.
