Robert Grieg-Gran, co-founder and Co-CEO of the UK’s favourite recipe box delivery service, Mindful Chef, states:

Robert’s comments come in the wake of New York startup Blue Apron’s announcement yesterday that they would be lowering their IPO to $10 per share amid concerns that Amazon’s and Whole Food’s intentions to merge could threaten startup growth.
Robert and the Mindful Chef team remain optimistic about opportunities for growth in the UK.
