Shilpa Dandekar Creates Explosive Family Dishes for Bonfire Night

As the former protégé of Raymond Blanc, and Head Chef at Brasserie Blanc before launching her own eatery, Fulham’s Pure Indian Cooking, Shilpa Dandekar has developed a singular reputation as one of London’s leading female chefs.

Fully embracing the seasonal ingredients of Autumn, she has created a delectable sensory feast for bonfire night 2018, perfect for post fireworks display festivities.

Available from November 1st – 8th and designed for families and large groups, the Bonfire Night menu is ideal afters for those visiting the legendary Hammersmith & Fulham fireworks displays, with the restaurant being a mere short walk from Putney Bridge station.

The menu will include Firecracker pepper chicken and a Mild creamy pistachio and coriander lamb curry. The bespoke feast completes with a warming Cinnamon hot chocolate topped with artisan popping candy to celebrate one of London’s most colourful and explosive times of the year.

By taking ancient Indian recipes and infusing them with her rich and experimental ideas, Dandekar designs unforgettable dishes that make Pure Indian Cooking’s menus some of the most evocative that London has to offer.

The Bonfire Menu at Pure Indian Cooking is priced at £38pp and requires 24 hours booking notice.
