Frima’s fast and versatile VarioCooking Centers will be on show at Lunch! 2017
C25, 21-22nd September 2017, ExCel London.
On stand C25 at Lunch! Frima will be explaining just how quick and easy it is to cook a variety of dishes with the latest multifunctional cooking technology. Frima’s VarioCooking Center can boil, fry, deep fry and confit, replacing griddles, kettles, bratt pans, large pots and fryers. Alongside all its cooking processes it can also slow cook overnight and fast cook under pressure. It takes the concept of multifunctionality to a new level, says the company – as visitors to the Show will be able to find out for themselves.
On the stand will be one of Frima’s latest VarioCooking Centers, the compact model 112T. The 112T brings the multifunction benefits of the VarioCooking Center technology to smaller kitchens in restaurants, gastro pubs and hotels. It allows chefs to boil, grill, fry, low temperature cook and deep fry, precisely and easily, all in one unit. It’s up to four times as fast, and saves up to 40% in energy, compared to conventional appliances.
Like the recently launched 112L, the 112T is a counter top model that can easily be installed on the work bench, on a stand or elsewhere. The 112T may be small on the outside but it’s big on the inside. Despite measuring just 962mm wide by 800mm deep and 400mm high, it has two 14 litre pans, giving it the same capacity as its larger sibling, the VCC 112.
Visitors to the stand can learn all the finer details of cooking with the VarioCooking Center, including how to get the best results and achieve energy savings, and find out about the vast array of dishes it can cook.
Frima is part of Rational UK and will be exhibiting alongside Rational at Lunch! 2017. Visitors will be able to find out how a kitchen with a Frima and a combi steamer can cook everything that a modern foodservice operation requires – from a minimal footprint, using less energy than conventional appliances.
