Thai Island Cocktail Menu at Mango Tree @MangoTreeLondon

Flavours of the Thai Islands in Belgravia

This summer Mango Tree, the award-winning Thai Restaurant in the heart of Belgravia, is introducing a new cocktail menu, Magical Islands. The menu, available for the month of July, will contain five new cocktails that are based around Thailand’s most famous and loved islands, and include local Thai flavours and produce that will transport guests from the streets of London to the palm tree lined beaches of Thailand.

The Beach is reason enough to want to visit Thailand’s beautiful and picturesque islands but some things aren’t always possible. The creative bar team at Mango Tree have designed the menu so you don’t have to get on a flight to be able to enjoy the tastes and colours of Thailand. With ingredients including, coconut, pineapple, lychee, lime, and even tom yum soup, guests will be overwhelmed with Thai flavours.

Diners will be spoilt for choice and can choose from Pha Ngan; Ketel one vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, pepper, salt, lemon juice, tomato juice, celery and tom yum soup, their take on a bloody mary with a Thai twist, Samuri; tequila, pineapple juice, honey syrup, coconut cream, coconut milk and fresh lime juice or Phuket; strawberry syrup, peach liqueur and lychee juice topped with champagne.

The Magical Islands menu encapsulates the essence of Thailand, allowing the hussle and bussle of the streets outside to be forgotten. Mango Tree brings sophisticated Thai dining to London in a relaxed setting.
