To celebrate National Burger Day (Thursday 24th August) and the August summer bank holiday, Hampshire based ice cream makers, Jude’s ice cream have created ”The Black Coconut Ice Cream Burger”.
Each burger will be made using the latest flavour to join the Jude’s family, Instagram sensation Black Coconut, sandwiched between a toasted, black brioche bun. The burger will be finished with freshly sliced mango, a lime juice glaze and coconut curls.
The Jude’s Black Coconut Burger will be available at The Jude’s Ice Cream Parlour at the Pear Tree Café in Battersea Park from Thursday 24th August until Monday 29th August, priced at £6.
