Inspired by some of the eating competitions from around the world, London’s biggest Asian food hall, Bang Bang Oriental will soon host its own. Taking place on Friday 24 November at 6pm, participants will race to see who can slurp up a supersized bowl of Ramen the fastest.
The speed eating challenge will be courtesy of Ramen Samurai Ryu, a famous Hong Kong chain of Ramen noodles from the Godfather of Ramen – Yamagishi Kazuo. They will be whipping up some supersized Ramen for those brave enough to have signed up for the epic contest.

The competition is not without an incentive, the first three challengers to finish will each be rewarded with vouchers.

The venue is open Monday to Thursday from 11.30am until 9.30pm, Friday to Saturday from 11am until 10pm and Sunday from 11am until 9pm.
