On Thursday 4th January, National Spaghetti Day will be hitting our plates, and following the indulgence of Christmas, renowned chef Francesco Mazzei will be keeping things healthy with an innovative twist on the Italian staple. Step aside courgetti, the Beetroot spaghetti with poached egg will be available on the menus at Sartoria on Savile Row, Radici in Islington, and Fiume at Battersea Power Station from 4–7 January, priced at £14.
