The interiors have been designed to capture the spirit of sharing good food in a contemporary, social atmosphere; warmly-lit and complete with an open-plan kitchen with wood-fired oven, scenting the room with newly-baked pizza and calzone.
Head Chef Fabio Moschino has created a menu that is brimming with the authenticity of Italy’s distinctive regions, including Carbonara Eggs Benedict, Fried Arborio rice balls with truffle & cheese, and Zucchini fritters with tomato, poached eggs, pumpkin purée, almonds, crème fraiche and avocado.
