Opening on 9th December with new alpine dining and family focussed spa treatments
Maisons Pariente’s Hotel Le Coucou will be reopening its doors for the winter season on 9th December 2022 with exciting upgrades to the food offering, including a new alpine restaurant and upgraded menus. Also new for this season, the hotel’s spa has introduced signature Tata Harper treatments, exclusive to Maisons Pariente’s properties along with an incredible selection of Aime Skincare offerings including Mathilde Lacombe signature collagen milk drinks and a unique sleep and glow treatment. From incredible alpine dining to family friendly spa treatments, there is something for everyone at Le Coucou this winter.
Le Fumoir – Le Coucou’s new mountain restaurant
Brand new for the season, Le Coucou is delighted to introduce a new restaurant, Le Fumoir, located in the eaves of the hotel. The hotel’s old smoking room has been redesigned into an intimate mountain restaurant which will provide a cosy setting, seating up to 16 guests. This season guests will be indulging in a completely new menu of favourite alpine dishes, from raclette and fondues, to tartiflette and smoked meat dishes.
Dining at Biancaneve & Beefbar – New menu’s
This season, Le Coucou will continue to offer guests and visitors incredible dining options at both Biancaneve and Beefbar. Biancaneve serves authentic Italian food including Mushroom Cannelloni with fontina cheese and truffle, Puntarelle salad with Straciatella cheese and anchovy dressing, Pizza Stracchino with stracchino cheese, rucola, prosciutto ham and truffle. Le Coucou’s Beefbar restaurant will continue to use top quality ingredients sourced from highly distinguished providers offering the finest and rarest cuts of Black Angus Prime, Wagyu WX and Kobe beef alongside fresh grilled fish, ceviche and carpaccio.
In the run up to the festive season, Le Coucou will also be launching a bespoke festive menu curated by Chef Adrien Brunet from Crillon le Brave. Watch this space for further details to come!
Tata Harper Spa – Enhanced spa offerings
The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pool, six massage treatment rooms with specialist treatments from Tata Harper and sauna area offer guests a deeply relaxing experience after a day of skiing. The pool areas, divided by a bay window create a stunning, trompe-l’oeil effect with views of the striking vista outdoors. State-of-the-art fitness equipment, boxing facilities and a dedicated space for Pilates and yoga all offer panoramic views across the peaks.
This season, Le Coucou is offering a signature Tata Harper treatment which is available at all Maisons Pariente properties. Providing serenity for the whole family, the spa has introduced a mother-daughter and father-son treatment alongside the organic brand Minois. The treatment includes a 40-minute body massage and 20-minute facial. Le Coucou also offers tailored treatments for mothers-to-be and men to ensure a rejuvenating alpine break for all.
Le Coucou has partnered with Aime Skincare, founded by Mathilde Lacombe, offering guests her famous collagen milk drinks, which will be served in the spa, bar and restaurants. Aime Skinware will also provide a simple solution to sleep with the introduction of the sleep and glow treatment alongside a range of skincare products all available at the spa. Guests will discover KOS essential oils, Le Bouche Rouge, a manicurist and David Mallett haircare available at the hotel ensuring guests are pampered from head to toe.
