About Willy’s Pies

Willy’s Pies is a London-based, chef-founded pie brand setting the benchmark for modern British comfort food with restaurant-level standards and ingredients. Founded in 2020 by chef Will Lewis, whose background includes St. John Bread & Wine, Rochelle Canteen and Brat,  the business began as a lockdown pie delivery service by pushbike and quickly built a following for its proper pies – ingredient-led, made with chef-level skill, and filled with exactly what they claim to be.

Rooted in old-school quality and influenced by time spent in New Zealand and Australia, where pies are eaten as a complete meal, Willy’s makes pies designed to stand on their own. Each one is still hand-pressed, with stock made in-house and a focus on high-quality British and Irish meat, combining traditional technique with production at scale. The company now produces around 10,000 pies a week, while maintaining this hands-on approach.

Willy’s Pies is stocked at major football stadiums, on Ocado and in pubs across London, as the brand continues to expand across retail, hospitality and cultural partnerships, with football legend Ian Wright among its investors.
