Last chance to enter Aviko’s Great British Breakfast Competition  @avikouk

There’s not long left to enter Aviko’s competition to find the UK’s most exciting breakfast. The Great British Breakfast Competition closes on 30th November 2017, with the chance to win a £500 cash prize, as well as one month’s supply of Aviko Hash Browns and Aviko Hash Brown Bites.
Chefs, caterers and operators all have the chance for their dish to be crowned victorious simply by visiting www.greatbritishbreakfast.co.uk and sharing – in no more than 50 words – what it is that makes their breakfast great before midnight on 30th November 2017.

The 25 Boutique B&B’s winning Full English Breakfast featured bacon and sausages from a local butcher, twice cooked field mushrooms, a Devon free-range egg, oven-baked tomato topped with a drizzle of olive oil, delicious hash browns and a square dish filled with baked beans.

 

To inspire chefs looking to enter this year, Aviko has developed a selection of new recipes using the golden hash browns and hash brown bites including Spanish Baked Eggs and Chorizo, a Breakfast Bruschetta with a twist, American pancakes with hash brown, bacon and sausage, as well as a breakfast pizza.
