Available every Saturday and Sunday from the 27th November 2021 – 30th December 2021, excluding Christmas day, the upgraded weekend brunch features brunch classics alongside a range of seasonal sweet treats. The star of the show is the hotel’s signature Christmas Pudding Pancake made with Caramel Sauce & Mince Meat created by Executive Head Chef Ollie Couillard.
