For those with a sweet tooth the hamper is filled with Lismore Food Company’s shortbread biscuits and of course the greatest winter dessert of all, a Christmas pudding from Virginia Park Lodge, Richard Corrigan’s Irish Estate in County Cavan, and a signed Christmas recipe card from Chef Richard himself.
