LONDON, 08 November 2017. Tim Hortons®, the iconic Canadian coffee chain, will serve even more Guests in the UK this month with a new restaurant opening in Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow on the 16 November 2017.
This opening continues the nationwide rollout plan with more locations across the country being revealed over the next couple of months.

The Silverburn Shopping Centre restaurant will be the first Tim Hortons® in a British shopping centre. On launch day, customers can expect a host of exciting incentives and entertainment. The first 100 people in the line can expect a free breakfast combo once the doors open and the first person in the queue will be gifted with a year’s supply of free Tim Hortons® original blend brewed coffee.
The team at Tim Hortons® in Silverburn Shopping Centre looks forward to welcoming guests on 16 November at 10am. Guests are encouraged to keep an eye on the Tim Hortons® social media channels for news, updates and special offers for launch day.
The first Tim Hortons® restaurant in the UK opened on Argyle Street in Glasgow at the start of June. The long-awaited launch was met with a lot of excitement, with Guests travelling from across the country and queuing overnight to be the first to sample the brand’s popular coffee and baked goods.
Tim Hortons® was founded by its namesake, a top professional ice hockey player, who wanted to create a space where everyone would feel at home. Now one of Canada’s most iconic brands, nearly eight out of 10 cups of coffee sold across Canada are served at Tim Hortons® and more than 5.3 million Canadians – approximately 15 per cent of the population – visit the café daily.
Across the UK, Tim Hortons® will offer an extensive and varied menu of delicious drinks, which include Tim Hortons® signature coffee, espresso-based beverages, hot chocolate, French Vanilla and classic frozen Iced Capp® drink, as well as baked goods, breakfast and lunch items made from quality ingredients. Guests can also look forward to Tim Hortons® signature Timbits®, bite-sized doughnuts which come in a variety of flavours.
