Top food and drink celebrities Aldo Zilli, Monica Galetti, Rosemary Shrager, Dean Edwards, Theo Randall and Olly Smith head to the Eat & Drink Festival 2018, running from 17 March to 2 April at Olympia London.
On-hand to provide tips and advice to the public, visitors can see these kitchen super-stars and beverage professionals live on the Foodie Stage and at The Drinks Station throughout the 17-day event.

Due to a rise in online apps which make it quick and easy to have food delivered, the research also identified that in the UK over half a million people choose to order pre-cooked food every day. *
Keen to reawaken the nation’s love of cooking, these household names bring their culinary skills, recipes and specialist expertise to the show’s kitchens. With live demonstrations, creative tips and chefs’ secrets, the stars cook up an array of exciting recipes to get taste buds tingling.
Join top chef Aldo Zilli for seasonal fish recipes with an Italian twist from his home country and the inimitable TV star and celebrity chef Rosemary Shrager demonstrates quick versions of family classics. Also joining the festival is BBC TV’s Masterchef: The Professionals star chef Monica Galetti as she talks about her experiences on the show and how to create show-stopping dishes at home. In addition, Dean Edwards, a firm favourite on ITV’s Lorraine, cooks up nutritionally-balanced meals to suit everyone and internationally renowned chef Theo Randall creates some of his most delicious recipes for the crowd.
Meanwhile, for those looking for tipple inspiration, Olly Smith, regular wine expert on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen, appears live at The Drinks Station, talking about top trends for 2018 and sharing tips and tricks on how to pair food with the right beverages.
Back for its second year, the festival brings together street food vendors, artisan food producers, top brands and experts in around-the-world cuisines in celebrating the best of food and drink.
