Alan Silverwood is a well-established British manufacturer of Aluminium bakeware for the domestic consumer, with a wide range of products available for the keen home cook. What is less well known is that we also supply direct into the Commercial trade. As many of the products have a large ‘handmade’ element to them we can, within reason, literally turn our hands to making almost any bespoke design that you can come up with. Our history of awards for innovation is testament to our ingenuity.
Situated in Birmingham, the ‘Workshop of the World’, flexible and adaptable tooling allows us to produce square or rectangular trays with straight sides and hand-welded corners of any size, to fit any oven. We can spin non-standard depths of existing round products, or knock up new spinning chucks for new designs. Recent commissions range from two dozen light 7oz/200ml Dariol moulds for a Catering Supplies company in Florida to two thousand really heavy duty 28cm cake tins for a Bakery in the East Midlands. Our bespoke customers range from Michelin starred restaurants and Premiership Football clubs to Pub chains, Cookery schools and Training establishments.
