BURGER & LOBSTER CELEBRATE SPRING WITH A VIBRANT MENU REFRESH

The menu features elevated tweaks on fan favourites, alongside the introduction of seven dishes

With warmer weather finally descending on the capital, surf & turf legends Burger & Lobster have launched a refreshed Spring menu to match the season, which is now available across all nine of its newly refurbished restaurants. 

Bursting with fresh and flavourful ingredients, diners need not fear saying goodbye to the classics but can expect the arrival of some delicious and fresh new menu items. Introducing a Chicken Burger which has undergone four years of testing and tasting to make it one of London’s finest, featuring a Lake District roasted chicken breast topped with rich chicken mayo and crushed avocado. In true Burger & Lobster style, quality and indulgence is at the heart of its newest take on the Wagyu Burger, oozing with caramelised onions, raclette cheese and truffle butter.

Those who can’t get enough of London’s freshest seafood will be tempted by the fan-favourite Lobster Pasta, having received an elevated upgrade, the dish will now feature clams, squid and mussels. Burger & Lobster’s much-loved seafood menu continues to grow with Tempura Oysters, Prawns, Lobster Prawn Cocktail and the Caesar Salad, now also including lobster, leading the Spring menu.

For guests prepared to share, the new Spring menu will introduce an entire Shellfish Feast, although of course it can be enjoyed alone. It will feature steamed lobster, Scottish mussels, clams, prawns, squid, white wine, chilli, garlic, and shallots, served with a choice of two sides per person: crispy golden fries, the house salad or toasted focaccia. 

Not least of all, two fresh and vibrant accompaniments have been added to B&L’s inviting selection of side dishes, including a decadent creamed spinach with gruyere cheese, plus grilled buttered asparagus. 

Having celebrated a momentous milestone of 10 years of culinary offerings in the capital last year, Burger & Lobster have given each of its nine classic sites a chic refresh, where guests can experience a notable upgrade in decor, sound, and overall vibes.
