New Opening: Contemporary Japanese Restaurant Shiro Set to Open in Broadgate Circle

Aqua Restaurant Group expands its portfolio with a fifth outpost in the capital

Opening late November, Shiro is a Japanese restaurant and bar arriving at Liverpool Street’s Broadgate Circle. Hugely popular in Hong Kong, the home of Shiro, the menu is inspired by Japan’s foodie hot spots; Ginza, Shinjuku, and Shibuya in Tokyo – contemporary but true to the roots of Japanese cuisine, now right in the heart of the City of London.

From Crystal Sushi, invented by Shiro’s chefs, which adds a delicate layer of umami flavour to traditional sushi to delicious ramens made with Executive Head Chef Iwahashi’s 50-year-old family recipe – Shiro menus are reflective of modern Japanese cuisine whilst featuring dishes steeped in tradition.

Shiro will also introduce to the City competitively priced lunchtime sets – a take on the Japanese bento box and perfect for a delicious business lunch. For afterwork drinks – sake-based cocktails and Japanese beers will be served.

Located in Broadgate’s upper circle, just a minute’s walk from Liverpool Street Station – the quickest way to get to Shiro is via the Broadgate and Sun Street Passage exits. Moorgate station is just a short 5-minute walk away.

Full release coming soon.
