Paula Rogers, FIH, founder of Admiral Recruitment, has been invited to host a panel discussion at Passion4Hospitality Conference, the largest student and industry experts networking event created by the Institute of Hospitality.
This year’s event takes place today, Monday 11th March, at Novotel London West at Hammersmith International Centre and it is open to all hospitality students and professionals.
The panel discussion, chaired by Paula Rogers, will include leading industry players such as Gabrielle Le Roux MIH, Adam Rowledge FIH, Thomas Kilroy FIH, Tomas Kubart AIH and Delphine Delacroix.
They will be exploring the different careers that each of panellists has had as a way of highlighting the many different jobs available within the hospitality sector.
Paula, who started her career as a temp within the hospitality recruitment sector, has gone on to support all of its major industry operators for over 24 years since she established Admiral Recruitment.
She said: “It is an absolute honour to have been invited to host this panel and hopefully, to inspire students and graduates with our stories about how we have forged careers in this wonderfully eclectic and challenging sector.
