Indian Independence Day at Pali Hill – The Ultimate Brunch Menu

Critically acclaimed Pali Hill, nestled in the heart of Fitzrovia, will be serving a celebration brunch menu to mark Indian Independence Day on Saturday 15th August, 12-4pm.

Head Chef Avinash Shashidhara has curated an array of dishes combining his classical training at The River Cafe, with his Bangalore roots, and his love for traditional flavours and seasonal produce for an explosion of flavour and fun. Guests may feast on a selection of small plates such as Kerala fish fry with sardines and grilled sweet corn, Bheja fry, lamb brains & pav and Mutton cutlets with mint chutney followed by bigger plates including a classic Mutter paneer masala with peas, tomato and cream  or a coastal inspired Goan prawn curry. To finish, Watermelon ice gola and Chocolate, rum & coconut cake are the perfect ending to celebrate a momentous occasion in Indian history, right here in London.

Drinks come especially concocted from the downstairs bar, London with creations or expertly chosen wines like a blush rose pinot perfect with spice.
