Seventh edition of Rational’s webinar series looks at how to differentiate your business

 Rational’s Trend Talk webinar series reaches its seventh edition. Trend Talks bring together a range of industry experts to discuss current issues facing the industry. The topic of the latest Trend Talk is “Creating better food experiences” and will focus on the importance of creating exceptional experiences for guests and the potential for modern technology to help with this.

The guests include renowned foodservice consultant Peter Backman, who will be highlighting the challenges currently facing restaurants regarding delivery from a global point of view as well as providing analysis and insight about how this will change over the next few years.

Matthias Schneider, founder of innovative restaurant delivery service CloudEatery will discuss his vision for combining catering, casual dining and food delivery for a contemporary hospitality solution. He will examine how modern systems enables his team to deliver great food experiences using the freshest food, for all customers.

With many restaurants now working on a hybrid model combining in-house dining and delivery it is more important than ever for businesses to leverage the power of multifunctional cooking systems in order to thrive.

Nigel Bell, chairman and CEO of innovative refrigeration company Adande, will focus on his solutions for reducing food waste and increasing resource efficiency through the latest technology.

Meanwhile, Rational’s resident foodservice industry expert Stephan Leuschner will look at cutting edge ways operators can use to optimize the workflow in restaurants.
