The new recipes include the replacement of fructose-heavy agave sugar with coconut blossom sugar, which boasts a higher level of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, while the high-quality cacao ensures the chocolate’s ‘snap’, making it residue-free on fingers while eating. Originally launched in 2004, Conscious redefined the appeal of raw chocolate by developing a succession of flavours including Cherry, Chilli and Goji & Coconut, while preserving an unmistakably creamy taste, not usually found in raw confectionary products.
Conscious Chocolate bars have also been resized from 50g to 60g, are complete with compostable packaging and film and will maintain their original price points.
