THE FLEMINGS HOTEL PROJECT BY TREKKER GLOBAL
The latest addition to Trekker Global’s project portfolio is Flemings Hotel. As one of the capital’s oldest established hotels in Mayfair, the well-respected property exudes sophistication and required an intelligent exterior decking solution that would perfectly complement the lavish interior scheme.
Comprised of thirteen Georgian Townhouses, the prestigious hotel has 129 luxury guest rooms and suites. Flemings recently underwent a multi-million pound refurbishment, the expansive project allowed the hotel to recapture some of the period features, which work harmoniously alongside the hotel’s exquisite new interior design scheme.
As part of the renovation, Trekker was approached to supply decking for the Penthouse Suite; a luxurious premium residence with an exclusive outside area. Vulcan Wood Grain was selected for this project, to provide an aesthetic decking solution that required little maintenance.
Made entirely from recycled wood and plastic, Trekker composite decking is an extremely durable and responsible design choice. For this application, the UV resistant boards were specified in contemporary grey to add a modern yet stylish finishing touch to the penthouse exterior.
As a recognised hotel in a premium location, design was always going to be of utmost importance. Flemings Hotel with the help of Trekker, have designed a stylish penthouse terrace that is not only aesthetic, but will stand the test of time.
