Kreidel Hoxton, the recently-launched bar and kitchen led by Yann Florio and Graham Brittain, will launch a series of events at the venue, including a monthly Chef’s Table evening and guest chef events.
The first Chef’s Table, taking place on Friday 21st August, will be a celebration of Orange and Biodynamic wines, paired with a selection of Yann’s signature and most innovative dishes. The wines, carefully chosen for the winemakers’ approach to terroir and soil fertility, fit perfectly with Kreidel’s ethos and way of cooking – fusing handpicked, rare ingredients with bright and bold flavours. The 6-course menu includes dishes such as Surrey artichoke tortellini, Lincolnshire Poacher and lemon skin puree; Cured wild bass, English peas, pickled gooseberries and elderflower; Tete De Moines, radicchio, plums and summer truffle.
The 6-course menu with paired wines will cost £108.39 for two people at the counter, and £216.19 for four people in one of Kreidel’s booths, to ensure safe social distancing is maintained throughout. Tickets can be found here.
On 5th and 6th September, Manuel Santos (Head Chef of Barrica Tapas and Mimo London Bridge) will join Kreidel for a Spanish takeover, where he and Yann will create a stunning collaborative menu of one-off dishes. Kreidel will announce the other names for the Chef’s Table series later this month.
Kreidel will also host a monthly Moules Frites evening, starting on Tuesday 25th August, where customers are invited to enjoy bottomless moules frites for £20pp, with a selection of orange wines. Tickets can be found here.
