Kanishka’s New Menu brings Colour and Spice to the Table this Autumn @kanishka_maddox

“In these colder months, the need for colour and warmth feels almost urgent, and our new Autumn menu at Kanishka in Mayfair has arrived in time to bring vibrance and heat to the table to make this Autumn the most delicious and vibrant yet,” says Atul Kochhar.

Using gorgeously Autumnal produce including venison, pheasant, celeriac and wild mushrooms, with fragrant and warming spices such as cumin, smoked chilli and fermented garlic, Atul Kochhar and his team at Kanishka create stunning seasonal dishes from the very finest British seasonal ingredients and using modern techniques, combined with an authentically Indian approach to balanced and complex spicing.

Guests at Kanishka are spoilt for choice with this new menu which includes ‘Manikya Hiran Sanku’ tender and succulent New Forest venison skewers served with earthy celeriac and pear puree;   Rogani Boti Tandoor smoked Romney Marsh lamb rump, keema parcel, moreish sweet potato and a warming spiced gravy, a divine Butter Poached Lobster served with sumptuous Kerala curry and broccoli, and Atul’s signature ‘Atul’s Chicken Tikka Pie’  chicken tikka masala in perfectly crisp puff pastry served with a fragrant cumin scented berry compote.
