10 YEARS ON: BURGER & LOBSTER RE-LAUNCH SOHO SITE WITH FRESH NEW MAKEOVER

Following on from their 10-year anniversary, Burger & Lobster is currently transforming their renowned Soho branch on Dean Street

Next month, Burger and Lobster will be re-launching their renowned restaurant in Soho, welcoming the public in early November with a brand-new look, feel, and enhanced ambience as well as some exciting additions across their menu.

Having celebrated a momentous milestone of 10 years of culinary offerings in the capital just last year, Burger & Lobster has decided to give their iconic site on Dean Street a chic and fresh revamp. While the classic and much-loved menu will mostly remain the same, still featuring its namesake dishes such as their Nebraskan-Irish beef burgers, lobster rolls and whole lobster along with their famously gooey lobster croquettes, they are also taking the opportunity to launch some new, must-try dishes.

The latest plates include the lobster tempura tails that are served with kimchi mayo and seaweed salt, as well as their new lobster mac and cheese which is a generous portion of macaroni in a rich lobster bechamel sauce with mature cheddar, crispy breadcrumbs and lobster meat. The classic burger and lobster combos for those who just can’t decide, are still very much a big part of the menu and remain the brands most popular dishes.

The Burger & Lobster team has also redesigned their cocktail menu, specifically for the relaunch of their Soho site. The eclectic cocktail list features a wide range of choice, with some inspired by the energetic streets of the area, such as the Dean Street Margarita and The Liberty to name a few. The cocktails will be joining the fan-favourites Royal Punch and Taste of Panama, alongside an impressive list of wines, beers and spirits.

Known as one of London’s most satisfying dining experiences in the capital, high-quality and simplicity has always been at the heart of the brand, and this is certainly reflected in the venue’s makeover. “The contemporary navy-blue colour palette was inspired by the coastline of Nova Scotia, where the brand’s lobsters are freshly caught”, says Geila Daughtrey of Rockett Studio, the mastermind behind the refresh. Holding over 20 years of experience designing commercial interiors for projects spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia.

Dino Sura, Managing Director of Burger & Lobster says: “Celebrating a decade of Burger & Lobster was a remarkable achievement for us, and what better time for a revamp. While our mantra of high quality food and service will absolutely remain the same, we are looking forward to the future and ultimately  investing in our spaces, and we can’t wait to witness the enhanced experience our customers are going to feel when they walk through the new doors of our Soho branch later this month.”

Burger & Lobster Soho will be reopening early November, and is located on 36-38 Dean St, London W1D 4PS.
